Education does not make a person perfect

education is liberating force, and in our age it is also a democratizing force, cutting across the barriers of caste and class, smoothing out inequalities imposed by birth and other circumstances"---these were the words of indira gandhi. Do our education system accomplish's above needs?
the answer to above question is yes, but only to some extent.

our current education system is like some super market, first you decide what you want and then see what is available in the store, you cannot get what you want but get what they are selling,if it fulfills your needs, better. if not, be content with whatever available.

every year colleges churn out hundreds and thousands graduates.we can call them products of our educational manufacturing facilities. you can very well find out what they are selling by going through their "brochures".

A medical college will give out doctors. a engineering college, engineers. commerce and humanities will produce graduates in their respective fields.

it is really shocking to know that not a single institute will teach their students teach them social skills, the core values of humanity, how to treat there fellow beings.they expect parents to teach students about these values,of course parents do try to imbibe their children with, not every parents is aware of these values, and they themselves had never been good to their fellow beings.and children of such parents will turn out to be like themselves only.

school and colleges are the only places where one can change the thinking of a person so institutions should ensure that they are providing value education and not just making morally unsound professionals.
